Collection is published since 2004.
Collection «Heteromagnetic microelectronics» is the only one of Russian periodical scientific-and-technical publications in the new sphere of heteromagnetic micro- and nanoelectronics, magnetosensitive circuit engineering. The collection materials are about situation and current development in the creation, manufacturing and practical using of modern magnetosensitive devices and systems in the technique, economy, physical education. In the digest also there are published works on the analog-to-digital systems-on-chip, radioelectronics of SHF-, UHF-devices, information protection and processing systems.
Collection of scientific works «Heteromagnetic microelectronics» includes large complex of sections: «Computer simulation», «Theoretical and experimental researchs and technologies», «Applied aspects (frequency synthesis, amplifying, magnetometry, generation)», «Environmental aspects», «Patent researches in the directions», «Economic problems in the military-industrial complex», «Problems of modern physical education», «New information systems», «Information protection systems» etc.
The novelty of magnetosensitive micro- and nanoelectronics areas, prospective nature of various applied aspects (communications, navigation, location, information protection, biomedical magnetometry, geophysics of magnetic exploring) cause the increasing of publications on these subjects.
Materials of the collection are useful for professional developers, experts, students and post-graduate students, specializing or interested in the magnetosensitive micro- and nanoelectronics area and it’s applied aspects.
